We are unable to guarantee the quality of products upon delivery that are sent during the warmer months (eg. chocolate melting in the heat), as well as chocolate products breaking in transit. These will not be considered faulty or damaged and are not entitled to a refund/replacement. We highly recommend that you advise the recipient that they wil be receiving a gift and have the gift delivered to an address that will be attended during business hours.
Substitution of products
We reserve the right to replace any unavailable product with a product of equal or greater value.
