Dispatch Of Orders - Note: We are located in Perth - Western Australia and only deliver within Australia
Standard Delivery (Western Australia only)

Gifts sent via this method take 2 to 3 working days throughout WA. Deliveries to other states take 3 - 12 working days.

Working days excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is a next working day service to the central CBD area only for all states.

            These include the following: -

  • Brisbane

  • Sydney

  • Melbourne

  • Adelaide

  • Darwin

  • Perth

  • Canberra

  • Hobart

Express Delivery to suburbs and country areas is the same price and takes 2 to 3 working days depending on the remoteness of the area. These timeframes are not gauranteed and may be affected by the operational issues experienced by Startrack.

Gifts 2 The Door will not be responsible for the delivery times of products. Once products has been dispatched, it is the customers’ responsible to liaise with the courier or delivery agent in relation to the time/date of delivery.

Chocolates and perishables items

Note: We are unable to guarantee against melting products due to heat, as well as chocolate products breaking in transit, these will not be considered as faulty or damaged, and he highly recommend that you advise the recipient that they wil be receiving a gift.
